Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day guarantee and if you aren't happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return, as long as the following criteria is met- Returns must be shipped back in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Contact us at support@rubyvanilla.com and we will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) that must be written on the outside of the package, and provide shipping instructions to you at that time. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you ship an item back to us without an RA number, you will only receive partial credit for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and let you know if the item has been approved or rejected for refund (we REALLY hate to have to include this clause, unfortunately you would not believe what people return - worn, stinky, dirty, items). Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Sometimes it may take a few days for the refund to post to your account, depending on who you bank with.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have no way to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages
If for some reason, your item is damaged upon receipt, please email a picture of the item, with order number, name and address to support@rubyvanilla.com. We will ship a replacement out to you asap, and will provide a shipping label to return the item to us, at no expense to you. We have excellent quality control and want to be able to give our suppliers feedback if an item ships to you in any condition other than AMAZING!
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Email the details to support@rubyvanilla.com to make sure we know where to ship the gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will receive the details about your return.
